I am breastfeeding my 16 month old 1 to 2 times a day. About two weeks ago I had my first period. I only had one day that I would consider period like (still light) and 3 days of even lighter bleeding. It stopped for three days, then I started having brown spotting for 5 days now. It seems heavier in the mornings, and I have very small clots in the toliet after I go to the bathroom in the morning. I would very much like to become pregnant again. Can I get pregnant while spotting? Is it normal to spot so long? I take Foltx and will take aspirn after I wean for recurrent miscarriage. Is spotting related to elevated homocystein levels and increased clotting time?
