This is confusing. I joined the Naval Reserves in 1994 (DIEMS: June 94), changed to active duty AF in 2003 (TAFMSD: Jun2003), yet my Pay Date is Dec 1997, and my TYSD is May 1999. Is my retirement eligibility date soley based off my TAFMSD, and if so, did my reserve time count for nothing?
Thanks
Philip
