In Salomon v Salomon & Co Ltd [1897] AC 22, how many judges thought Mr Broderip should be paid on the debenture he had purchased from Mr Salomon and accordingly the judgment of the Court of Appeal should be reversed?

Thank you for your interest and study in the legal field. This case is of course one of the wonderful first year law classes that many major commerce laws are based on.

We do not do home work here and of course you are suppose to be doing a breif of the case or at least read it. Since a lot of your future study will be based on this case, it is important you actually learn this case.
