Did you try calling Turbo Tax customer support and ask them to help you?

if you have a local IRS office you can get that info by merely going into thier office. Also go to thier web site they offer your info there.

Your purpose is served if you ask IRS for Transcripts instead of your tax return. You can order a transcript by calling 1-800-829-1040, or using Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return. There is no fee for a transcript. Transcripts have most of the information from your tax return including information from W2, 1099.
If you have fax, you can get transcript in a day.

All three posts are accurate.

Try TurboTax first, as they will probably be the most responsive.

Also, look on your computer to see if there is a PDF version of your return on the hard drive under the TurboTax folder. Some tax software automatically makes a PDF copy of the return when you print it out. If so, you can bring it up and simply print it.
