I have a heat pump system
my old thermostat was wired like this:
red wire to R
Brown wire to T
Orange wire to O
green to G
yellow to Y
Black to x2
blue to B
white to w
pink to F

the new thermostat has
E
G
Y
R
O
W2
B
the instructions advised to do this:
X2 to the E terminal
G to G
Y to Y
R to R
O to O
W to w2
leave b blank and dont use the B F T...

i tried this and my Ac is not turning on...

Any ideas????

I looked thru all 10,000 model and brands of thermostats and I still cannot find the brand and model of yours.

Any ideas as to which one you are talking about???? Or is it a no name no model number thermostat unit????
