Problem is I need to recover this file for downloading files the problem is as follows (C:WindowsSystem32Msfeeds.dll) can you help me with this problem,Thank you

Did you check the Recycle bin?

What version of Windows? If XP you can boot to your CD and run a repair.

It also lists the version number of the file you can download.
