Hi,
Does anyone know what is the maximun marketing expenses / percentage allowed for a 501C3 non profit organization? I am involved with a non profit org and a marketing company we interviewed proposed 12% for creating new business. We also have advertising plans and need advice on how much can be spent on operating expenses to grow the company?
