My stepdaughter is getting married. My husband which is her father is not invited to the wedding. Do we send a card? A gift?

It is unfortunate that he was not invited. He should definitely send a thoughtful card with a hand written note. I imagine that there is a long history leading up all this, but this is his opportunity to express his love and pride for his daughter on the most important day of her life.
