Hi,
First off, this forum is amazing and I found it really helpful. Thanks to those wonderful people who take their time answering the questions.

Now comes my question:
I have been on OPT (F1) since DEC 2004 and I had started working for a company from June 2005. I was working on my OPT until DEC 15, 2005 and became a H1 employee since DEC 15 2005.

I am not quite sure what forms I need to be using. I had used 1040NREZ and 8843 during my years in school. But now that I am out of school (I infact moved to another state - washington for this job), I am not sure if I still need to be using 8843. Would it be fine if I just use 1040NREZ? or do I have to use 8843 as well? If I should be using 8843, then do I have to fill in the school information given that I was actually out of school last year (form 8843 has several questions about school)?

I am from India and have been in school from Aug 2001 to Dec 2004 and was in OPT from dec 15, 2004 to dec 14 2005. Would I be eligible for the deductions of 4850 (or 5000?) and 3200 that applies to non resident aliens because of the US-India treaty?

I also noticed that for item 14 in my W2, 53$ was listed for "WA-WC" (I have no idea what that is). Should I be mentioning this amount anywhere?

Thanks in advance for any help
-Z
