I'm desperate to lighten my body about 3-4 shades! I've used hydroquinone b4 with great results. However after a while it made me even darker than I was before I started using it because i went out in the sun WITH SUN PROTECTION!

I've heard alot of good and bad stuff about MONO. I'd like to use a really low percentage like 5%, I'm not looking to depigment, for about 3 months, and then use Bio Claire to maintain the results.

Does anyone have any advice... if i use Mono and then stop after a while, will it make me darker like hydroquinone did?

GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP... Lovie1.. i know you've had great results with MONO.. I'd really appreciate your input..

PS. I have a brown skin tone, similar to Gabrielle Union.. a bit lighter i think

I dont know about using mono and then stopping. But others on the board and myself are using mono currently. I have been told that after you get your desired skin color then you have to maintain it by applying it 2-3 times a week. So I am guessing you have to continue to use it. I have heard good results from bio claire but havent ppersonally used it. So you might want to try that first because I think you have to maitain mono with mono. I know mono does take a while to get the results you want. For example, I have been using 20% mono for a little over 2 months and my face is a pretty yellow but it isnt high yellow like I want it to be, so i might take a month or more to get that. Make sure you use sunscreen because It can help with keeping your skin from darkening.

i have been looking for lovie for some time myself, i am also currently using mono with good results, i am currently using 10% on my body and 5% on my face, so far my face and neck are high yellow and my body is peeling of nicely.

I think lovie stopped coming to hmhd because of something. I havent heard from her since january. She had some beautiful skin after using m ono. From what I remember, she was already light skinned but wanted lighter skin. She's like me(african-american and mixed race) Thats what turned me on to mono in the first place. Her results. I have no clue where she been.

where can i get mono? i was about to start the glutathione pills but everyone is talking about mono now. and does that gluta-c cream work?

Thanks guys for your responses.. I think Mono is a big step, and from what i've heard once you start there's no going back.. I bought 55h+ lotion and serum yesterday cause i saw a lady with AMAZING skin, and she said thats what she uses, and apparently she used to be my complexion 6 months ago!!

The thing about Bio claire is that it lightens about 2 shades and then it stops working. I was thinking that mono wud lighten up and then I cud use something else to maintain.. I don't want to use mono for the rest of my life.. cause I don't want to completly depig!

Well, if you think something is soooooooooooo fishy then why do you keep asking about mono???? I am so tired of explain and if you feel likesomething is fishy then...whatever. If you dont feel good a bout using mon then use something else or stay the same. Unlike others, who have gotten results and left, I am actually telling people my results. Super Shallow you better watch it, because something about you has a nasty attitude. I have a feeling about YOU. If you were trully considering mono you would have done your research and read all the mono post: the good, bad, and ugly. And see if works for others and not for others.This upsets me a lot for trying to help others and they accuse you. I am going to continue to post my results for the people who need it. Either you will do mono or not, those are the two opinions usually. So whatever.....take it like you feel.

i will try and email you later, in the past i have used HQ to lighten with some kojic acid soap, the hq i used was a high dosage, like 10-20% it worked great but i wanted something more permanent thats why i switched to mono/

LOL....me too. My bottom is one of the darkest past besides my stomach. I think clairliss has 15-20% hq. Lighterrr, you didnt get darker with hq?

ohh yeah i got darker with the HQ and then i lightened up nicely, then i went on mono and i lightened up even more then i repigged and now i am brighttening up again, so point of my long story is that HQ may make you darker for some time but you will clear up nicely,

i am ordering HQ powder to mix for my face, because the mono is making my face white i want a more natural look that the hq gives, ill let you know how it goes, and why does the forhead take forever to lighten

my face has gotten a little darker than usually. Its peeling like crazy like arond my lip and nose area. My cheeks won't peel for nothing. You think I should apply more mono so it can give me lighter skin? Its like its in a stuck mode and doesn't want to turn high yellow. Its futrating. It might take a little more time. i am getting it from the same place i get the am getting my mono from. Like i so need for my forhead to catch up with my cheeks and evverywhere else, neck and chest are still high yellow, OMGosh my back and legs are peeling like crazy. YESSSSS:)

and my ears are taking forever whats up with that,:mad: anyone have the same expereince with the ears and forhead

Ohhhh, ok. Whenever you legs are peeling like that, your mono doesnt burn them? I guess not, since its just skin. Do you think once I get results it hq that I will have to keep using hq? Shouldnt mono make it easier since its depigs? I know what you mean about the forehead butI just started applying to my ears. oops.

Not sure if i should stop the mono on my face because of the white spots on my forhead, what do you think, the rest of my forhead is darker than the rest of my face.
