I have this bump on the left side of my vagina, last time I checked it out, it was swollen and I feel a big lump by the opening of my vagina, but it's not inside of it. it's not a small bump, the whole left side of my vagina is swollen and it's red on the side closest to my vagina opening. it's painful too. I'm scared. ): I had sex and this came as a result. I had protected sex though. Please help me. I don't know how to ask my parents to take me to the doctors...any help is appreciated. Thx.

Depending on how old you are..

Your doctor isnt allowed to tell your parents anything unless there is harm to yourself.

Call and ask to speak to a nurse. See what your doctor would like to do, then it would in the end make you releaved to talk to your parents. But if you had a aunt or Uncle that you trust. They could take you.

That happened to me. I was really worried but my husband told me not to worry about it and it went away. Then I read that it can happen when you have, how do you say, rough intercourse? But if it doesn't go away I would go to the Dr.
