I just turned 45, I've been perimenopausal for 2+ years, but suddenly (the last 2 months) after sex, I'll start bleeding- not just spotting, but its as if having sex triggers my period to start early (as much as 2 weeks). I am overdue for my PAP, but I've never had an abnormal one in the past, and I've had the same partner for the past 8 years, so I'm fairly sure its not an STD- what's going on? I'm a bit freaked out, and not where I can see a Gynecologist easily (non native working in the middle of the Navajo rez). I'm looking for a provider, but its.. not easy.

Thanks in advance!

Time to seek the advice of a doctor. This could be caused by many things. Something as simple as rough sex or as serious as cervical cancer, and a ton of things in between. Please find a doctor as soon as possible.
