What are the rules and regulations for a sex offender?
What exactly are you asking? Do you want to know what they have to do as an offender like registering in the state they live in; what jobs are they allowed to have; what rights do they have on the job...or are you asking what rules does a sex offender have to be better at what they do. If it is the latter get off this site, then turn yourself in to the law.

Now if it is not the latter, then explain your self better.

Depends on the state and nature of the crime, usually..

I know they can't be hired into most social work jobs like doctors, nurses, teachers, clergy jobs, civil service, etc.
