If there are 5 ladies and 5 apples in a basket, and all the ladies take one apple, how could one apple still be left in the basket?


Can someone help with this riddle

If the ladies and apples are 'inside' the basket and four ladies got out while one stayed in, there would still be an apple left in the basket.

It would have to be a very big basket :)
