Hi, I am negotiating a lease with landlord. ineed to know approximately how big a electrical services to ask for.8 rooms, 3 bathrooms 2200sq.ft.
requirements include 1 washer dryer,1dishwasher, 1 microwave,1 large refrigerator,1 toaster oven,i coffee maker,
7 ac window units about 50 amps total! 4 personal computers, average lighting,4 plasma tvs,,

The only time I have heard of this type of thing is a commercial space.

When I reread, I was thinking 320, with 7 rooms, each can split the cost.
It was a quick guess, and may still be OK.
