ok ive been taking Dr.James glutathione for the past 2 days and I take two pills at the same time with a huge glass of tropicana orange jiuce. Am i supposed to do that?!?! Should I take one in the morning and one in the evening? or is taking both pills at the same time ok??

The body can only absord so much glutathione per dose, so take one in the morning with vitamin c that is at least 1000mg and one in the evening with another vitamin c capsule that is at least 1000mg. Perferably on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating a meal.
