Dear All,

I am planning to set up a Limited Liability Partnership with the main business of carrying stock trading activities in US. I would like to know the rules or law that govern the Stock Trading activities w.r.t. LLPs. Can you help me in this regard?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Best Regards,
Dilip.

This is a complex tax issue that generally goes beyond the expertise on this forum.

You need to seek the advice of a CPA with experience in these fields. It will cost you a significant consultation fee, but it will be worth it for the correct advice.
