have 20 yr 2 story capecod , upstairs very humid. unit is 11 yrs old just replaced motor and fixed leak (outside valve), new freon, still house doesn't drop below 76. 1750 sq ft
help need some facts * getting a home energy assessment , from local gas co....
need some facts, are these units to new for performance data, energy eff ** cost $$
how do you calculate to justify this expense?
