what requirements are there for bookkeepers to ofer their service to the public.
to offer bas preperation needs to be an accountant, tax agent or bookkeper working togehter with a tax agent. right? but one argument is that gst tranactions relate to bas content; thus every invoice / purchase has a gst component. how does it relate to any requirements to be a bookkeeper.

It probably would be useful to say where you are located. Requirements like that are related to the locale. You obviously aren't in the U.S.
