I saw a posting on another forum talking about a seller selling Hydroquinone 4% & Retin A 0.1% tubes That's the cheapest price I have seen anywhere for these products and they have positive feedback too, but I am just wondering if anyone here has purchased from this seller? They only accept Paypal payments so they must be delivering a product, but has anyone here tried them?
