If I understand your question right. You want to get off the ship while you are in the middle of your cruise?.... Yes you can take a cruise one way but you have to prearrange this with your travel agent fill out some forms and I think pay a small fee.. Then let the people on the ship (the pursers desk) let them know what you are doing.
