i'm on the injection since 19.02.2006 when jade was born,i did maybe 2 months ago went 2 days late for my injection.its been a week or two now that i spotted blood spots on my panties and wears panty liners now,i never got a period since 19.02.2006.i'm so worried can i be pregnant or busy having a miscarriage thats why i'm bleeding.

I doubt you are pregnant if you were only 2 days late getting it again. Since you've been taking it like clockowork, your body's probably used to the injection every 3 mos or however you do it. I had breakthrough bleeding when I was a week late on mine (depo provera) and it went away a day after I got the shot again.
