I Have a goodman heatpump/air conditioner and the inside blower does not come on causing the compressor to ice up. If I play with the blower controles then it comes on but a few days later it happens again. only in Air not heat. I replaced the controls (thermostat) no joy.. any help?

Check for loose wiring. It could also be a intermittent blower relay.

Thanks I found a connection or splice about 2 feet from the compressor which I took it that they had cut the cable too short. I removed the tape ( fuse removed) and took the wire twist cap off to find that the red wire was badly corroded. cleaned it up and no problem since. Thank you very much you have saved me some serious bucks.
