trying to repair Haier model HWR24VC5 need to know what color wire goes with which post on compastor .:: also when turing on always blows fuse what could cause that.

is it (Haier HWR24VC5) a window or thru the wall a/c unit? something is shorted or pulling more amps than what the fuse or breaker is designed for. are using a timed delay fuse made especially for the extra amp draw that a/c`s have on startup?
