Hi
The evaporator coil needs replacing as my AC is not working.
The problem I hve is that I have ordered one over the phone and now I am unsure that I have given the right model no and serial no.
The numbers I gave are:
Model # CLJ 36 1C
Serial # 0509098270

I havejust come across an invoice from an engineer who had to put freon in as it was leaking - this was in Oct 07.
On his invoice he has :
Model # ARUF042-OOA-1A
Serial # 0412536542

Have I given the other AC guy the wrong information over the phone???

You did not give the brand of the coil so therefore I can not look it up but I am thinking that the numbers that was on the invoice is for a three and one half ton coil and the numbers that you gave on the order is a three ton coil. If this is true it will not cool the house a efficiently and also the sizes may not be the same.
