First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

I would assume you have to contact Facebook. There should be a Contact Us link on their site.

sorry I thought it was connected in a way 2 the other question guys !! Patience I'm still learning about ur website guys, I'm new and I dont know everything!! so now I treid to contact FB but its impossible!! do u have an Idea if i can do such event without a facebook permission?
