Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any software or hardware that you installed or setup

Try to go into safe mode and run spyware doctor again to see if it can get rid of anything else

Safe mode - restart PC and while PC is starting tap the F8 key every 1 sec and you should come up to a boot menu, choose safe mode and run spyware in safe mode to see if anything else can be cleaned

Do you get any error messages? If so, what are they?
Is getting online only problem

Every major computer brand has reinstall capability. What's the make and model of your computer?

Your authentic Windows Serial # should also be on your computer somewhere. With that key, you can use anyone's Windows CD to reinstall the operating system, but the RECOVERY CD from your manufacturer would be better since it would give you your computer back the way it was you bought it, factory fresh, with all the right drivers and such.

This virus problem WILL require official intervention. There are no shortcuts with some of the deepest infectious events. This is one.

So get over the idea this is going to go away easy, and start arranging to acquire the Recovery CD from the manufacturer, borrow someone's Windows CD to reinstall with your license #, or give the computer to someone to fix for you.

To find your installation CD Key, LOOK UNDER or ON BACK of your computer. Computer builders put the Windows Authentic Product label on the computer and it includes the key.

If for "some reason" it's not there, can't imagine why it wouldn't be, you can use a free utility to find it on your computer, but you will have to get your computer to boot at least once to use it.

I've attached the free tool I use. Run it and it immediately shows you the Windows install CD Key.
