okay guys, i've been reading this forum for a while. what can i say, i'm a board lurker.:D but i was doing some research and found this...

Ascorbic Acid - The Vitamin C Story (http://naturalhealthperspective.com/supplements/vitamincstory.html)

it claims, taking 500 MG of Vitamin C a day increased blood concentrations of glutathione by 50%...

are glutathione sellers taking advantage of the consumer by having consumers take glutathione and vitamin c, knowing vitamin c increases glutathione levels most likely a lot more than regular gluta... since gluta taken in pill form isn't really absorbed???

vit c and nac could prob increase gluta levels without even having to buy expensive gluta, which judging by some of the posts, has a lot of fakes in the bunch.

tell me what you think, oh and i'm sorry if we already talked about this, but i totally don't remember and i did a search. :p

I think taking vitC alone is not sufficient. I had already used GLUTA pills and it works really great.
