my friend told me that some people put arbutin powder in shampoo, and that it lightens hair gradually by blocking a little bit of melanin from getting on to the hair follicle.
i was wondering if anyone here has tried it?

and also, is arbutin harmful in any way?

where is a place where i can buy arbutin powder for cheap? thank you
