Can some one help me, my tap water is heating up, yet my radiators are not, the bolier does not seem to be reponding to when i click on the heating.

It could be many things
The boiler pump.
The boiler controls.
A relay.
And on and on. On boilers of this type with domestic water capability I suggest calling in a ON SITE professional for the repair. Way to much ground to cover for a person with no experience on these systems.
