I’m a girl of 24 yrs. Recently I had chicken pox. Actually, I still have it. I am worried about the scars that are said to be permanent. Vitamin E oil and sandalwood are said to be good but it is advised to stay away from oils if you don’t want permanent spots. And if it is good, when can I start it? Can anything help to get rid of these scars totally? I also have some kind of pot-holes even in faces. So I really need some help.

Scars are permanent. All you can do is minimize them. You can make them disappear completely. I would wait until the pox heal completely before trying any lotions or oils, but you can true Mederma.
