where's the capacitor located ? my fan will spin for 5 min and it stop. It's a capcitor or motor is bad ? i need help.

any suggest will grately appreciated.

there should be a access panel on the side or back of the ac unit. you should find the capacitor there and they are really cheap too.i dont know enough to answer your other question. hope this helps.

hey, i did read on this site a capacitor going bad can have the same symptons as a fan motor going bad.

A capacitor is a possibility but it sounds like your motor is cutting off on the motors internal overload/ safety device.
