Has anyone tried the MET premium whitening soap currently being sold in the Philippines? It is endorsed by Ruffa Guttierez. Is it effective?

I haven't tried it yet.

Ruffa is super white already and have a very lustrous skin so why they chose her as an endorser. I think it would be better to chose a model that have dark or medium skin for all these lightening/whitening products. It will be a make to believe.
