Air conditioning feels cool near vents, but doesn't seem to be blowing -the air handler sounds like it is running - any suggestions on what problem may be?

Is the outside unit running?
Is the air filter clean?
The coil inside the air handler might be frozen up. Turn off outside unit and let the blower run in the air handler for a few hours to defrost coil.
