i am young but need help.....my neighbor fixed my ac how blessed am i but now the fan is blowing slow so the air is slow help what do i do......have enough stuff to take my money this is to much to call the big guys in.....help

Check Voltage at Motor. Be Carefull.

have him come back and check the wires to the capacitor..... on Trane/American Standard units the rotation can be reversed (and still push air SLOWLY) out of the vents IF the L-1 side of power is on the same side as the start winding... it should be ... black wire to black wire.... yellow on the other side of the capacitor.......... on other units, the capacitance of a motor can effect the speed of the motor.....
