I have little red dots on my arms,chest,and back.They don't itch.What could it be?

The best answer of course is to see a doctor but it may just be an allergic reaction. I know I get it sometimes when I eat shellfish and I just take an antihystimine and I feel better. DO NOT QUOTE ME THOUGH, I am no doctor. Did you eat anything different lately? Maybe it is your detergent? Did you change detergent?
