im using metathione now, but still im confused about how many mgs. must i intake everyday, some telling me must be 2x a day, we all know that metathione is a reduced glutathione, so its a 250 mgs only per tablet, so i will intake only 500 mgs a day...
so my question is a 500 mgs is enough for me to whiten my skin in just 2-3months? or do i need to intake much higher dosage?
im 5'2, 50 kls.
any suggestions about any brand of metathione that have higher gluta.
. help.
