my boy friend used someones vibrator on his bell-end and i have the symptoms of chlymidia is it possible to get the infection this way if the person who owns the vibrator has the infection and didnt clean it after use?

I would assume so. Though its probably dependant on how long ago that person used it. And why in the world would you use someone else's vibrator? EW! And not knowing if its clean? Even ewier!! Did you guys not santizie the heck out of it before use?

And the only true way to know is go to the doctor and get treated.
