Dear Experts,

Can a BNO passport holder have the same benefit of tax refund as a
non-EU tourist when one travels to UK and shops over a certain amount? What's the limt of the amount and where to apply the refund at terminal 5 if the first question is positive?

Thanks,
Dnalkcua

Appears like your are asking about sales tax refund. If it is in the U.S. you will not get it back. The sales tax is charged by the State and the U.S. Federal government neither determines nor receives. Federal government cannot refund state sales taxes. It is not the same as value-added tax (VAT).

This is a forum for U.S. taxes, not U.K. sales taxes.
