yes, if you have these things, you use a condom for sure, but should be treated by your doctor to cure this

There is also the possibility of an allergic reaction to the condom. Try one on a vibrator or similar instrument to check.

dont be ashamed of yourself...it can be fixed i dont know if your comfertable enough to talk to your boyfriend and go see a doctor together but its something i would do if i were you.
