hi i am swarali from us

i had problem with my period n the problem is i get bleeding first two days very little n after two days nothing n then again i get bleeding heavy.

n periods also irrrugular.
when i am in india tat time my doctor suggest me medicine but now thes medicines are discontinued

so tell me whats the problem becoz i am very afraid for that
