Did you receive 1098-T?
For tuition and fees deduction:
In 2007 you can deduct Qualified Education expenses for Tuition and fees required for enrollment or attendance at any eligible postsecondary educational institution. The maximum benefit allowed is that it can reduce your taxable income by $4,000.

For moving expense deduction, read Your U.S. Tax Return: Moving Expenses (http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/02/moving-expenses.html)

You can also deduct the IT training as an employee business expense IF the IT training improves your current job skills WITHOUT qualifying you for a second profession.

However, employee business expenses are an ITEMIZED deduction, so your aggregate itemized deductons must exceed your standard deduction.
