has anyone of you experience of hormonal imbalance? if you do then can you please tell me how you overcome those? because i think i have those since i felt so tiredness everyday and my tummy bloated for so long, night sweat, craving for sweets all the times, and poor nutritions. plus my husband and I trying for TTC and never works so i think that hormonal imbalance prevent from TC. thanks.

It all depends on what hormones are imbalanced. We have many more hormones than just estrogen.

Have you had a check up and regular blood work done recently? If not, I would suggest this. Also, you say you are trying to conceive, but you have poor nutrition. It is not a good idea to attempt to have a baby if you have inadequate nutritional intake.

You also don't mention your age, this will play a role in my future responses.

It would be good to know how old you are, it does effect the answer somewhat. More information would be helpful.

It could be serious, yet it might not be. There is no way to tell without a blood test.
