Why is it that sometimes my vagina smells and sometimes it doesnt? Sometimes I notice a smell sometimes I dont....Could that be like a dormant then active infection or something? I make sure that Im clean by using a little soap and water in the bath...but I dont know how to stop the off and on smells for good (ps yes Im sexually active)...Help

Are you sexually active?
Is it your vagina (inside) that smells, or your vulva (the outside part)?
Do you frequently use public toilets?

At this point, soap and water is the best defense. It could be a dormant infection that is awakened by certain events.
