whats your natural hair colour?
you will probably have to dye over it.
i had a friend who had a bright pink bit in her hair and she went swimming in a pool with chlorine. Her hair truned a funny faded peach colour.
her hair is naturally brown so she just dyed over it. If your hair is lighter... use something to try fade it. or just use a shampoo+conditionor which neautralizes yellow tones. and that will gradually get its to blonde.

also your hair may be damged from stripping and bleaching it. grab a product which will repair your hair.

good luck. hope this info made things a bit easier!

if not. you might have to go to a salon and ask. they don't bite! (:
