do u calculate your period - 28 days from day 1 of period?

Seems like i get mine always on a wkend which sucks!

Yes, first day of bleeding is day one....counted until the day before the next period starts, which would start day one again.

For some, yes.....but it can naturally be a bit shorter or longer for others. For most women it stays pretty regular from month to month until they get close to menopause....but it can be off once in awhile. Other women have very irregular periods..not knowing exactly when to expect them....there are some ways that might help regulate cycles if need be.
