I have a user who is getting this error message intermittently, when printing from Outlook only.
Line: 1829
Char: 1
Error: An invalid character was found in text content
Code: 0
URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg
Once he clears the message and tries to print again it does so successfully.
I have seen an earlier post from Benn11, July 20 2007 which suggests the following:
Make sure that Internet explorer and Firefox are closed.
Go to Start > Run and type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" in the box. 'Note the space'
Click OK and then try printing again.
However this did not work in my case. The user is still getting this intermittent error message.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated. :)
