I've been looking for a town in Ohio named Darke. It existed about 1830-1890, but I have been unable to locate it on any new or old maps. Can you tell me where Darke, Ohio is or was? This is not Darke County, Ohio but Darke, Ohio.

All the current and historical data I found points to Darke County, Ohio. http://ohdarke.ohgenweb.net/

I can find no references to a city named Darke.

Perhaps if you post where you heard of it, someone else may be able to help you find more info.
