I am an H1B visa holder and in the USA since Sept 8th 2005 and work for Loyola university in Chicago, which form do I need to use to file my taxes?

I disagree. As if this minute, you do not meet the Substantial Presence Test, so you cannot at present file Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ.

If you wait until May 5th, you can file Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ under the First Year Choice.

Otherwise, you must file Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ.
