where can i find my ITIN number on the net. i havent used it in the past four years and im now living outside the u.s. but i need it to access to some records?

If you have NOT used it in four years, it is probably expired and may have been re-issued.

You can contact the IRS and request that they send you a copy of the original ITIN letter, assuming that the ITIN is still valid.
